Description of Service: In order to dispatch roadside assistance, National Automobile Club (NAC) may need to obtain your location using your mobile phone. If this is necessary, NAC will ask for your consent and permission for your wireless carrier to share your current location with us.

There is no representation, warranty or guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any location data, product or service.

Opting Out: You may opt out of the service by declining to give consent and permission. If you choose to give consent and permission to be located, you are automatically opted out when the service is completed.
