Description of Service: In order to dispatch roadside assistance, National Automobile Club (NAC) may need to obtain your location using your mobile phone. If this is necessary, NAC will ask for your consent and permission for your wireless carrier to share your current location with us.
There is no representation, warranty or guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any location data, product or service.
Opting Out: You may opt out of the service by declining to give consent and permission. If you choose to give consent and permission to be located, you are automatically opted out when the service is completed. You will not be located again until the next time that you call for roadside assistance and give your consent.

The Independent Insurance Agents authorized to sell NAC individual, family, and business memberships are not NAC employees, and not subject to NAC's Privacy Policy. Because they have a unique business relationship with you, they may have additional personal information about you that NAC does not have. They may use this information differently than NAC.
