Ricardo Molina Joins National Automobile Club (NAC)
In his new position as Road Service Network Representative, Mr. Molina will serve as NAC’s principal liaison to its nationwide network of road service and tow providers. “We fully expect Ricardo to enhance communications with and efficiency of the network”, says Ronn Chaussard, Vice President Operations and IT.
Ricardo brings to the National Automobile Club a wealth of knowledge of both the automotive industry and customer service. His foundation was built in the fleet leasing industry specializing in fleet maintenance, management and customer service. He is ASE Certified and was a tire specialist for Firestone. A native of San Mateo, CA, he will be based at NAC’s headquarters in Foster City, CA. According to Chaussard, “the addition of Ricardo to our staff will ensure continued delivery of the best roadside assistance available across the nation”.
