Regional Fleet Rescue Program

Regional Fleet Rescue (RFR) is a “pay-for -service-as-needed” program. The purpose is to decrease downtime, organize and improve the administration of road services, and reduce the costs of providing these services. The program is designed for Commercial Fleets which have been referred to NAC by Insurance Agents and Brokers. RFR eliminates the need to search for a vendor, negotiate service fees, and on-scene payment. NAC covers all the cost to the service provider, audit billing, and provide fleet owner with one consolidated monthly statement for all services.

FEATURES

Services Available:

  • Emergency minor Mechanical Repair (as necessary to remobilize vehicle)
  • Tire change (with an inflated spare provided by Fleet Owner)
  • Battery (jumpstart)
  • Fuel (delivery of emergency supply of fuel). If necessary fuel is not available – vehicle will be towed.
  • Lockout (assisted re-entry to locked vehicle - not locksmith service)
  • Towing (towing of disabled vehicle to destination of choice)
